Medal of Honor Multiplayer Patch 1.1 (UK)

This patch adds the following:
1. In-game server browser.
2 . Optimization of the game under lag conditions.
3 . Dedicated servers to be run from a command line.
4 . Allows sophisticated users to have remote control of
servers hosting games via a command line.
